White Orchard vase
The piece is inspired by Van Gogh’s painting “White Orchard, 1888”. (Licensing from Van Gogh Museum of Amsterdam)
From March to April of 1888, Van Gogh created more than 14 paintings of blossoming orchards. He believed that the harvest images would be deeply appreciated by all. In the painting “White Orchard”, Van Gogh faces the world with pleasure. He translated the happiness and joy filling the orchard with intersecting lines. On the porcelain piece, the Franz designer looks through the blue sky and white clouds and interprets the vitality with the lively orchard, showing a pleasant and refreshing natural scene.
